I stopped in to take a look and to sample the wares … below is a shot of the menu that particular day, showing a variety of ales, porters, and even a sour. With an affinity towards the IPA, I tried the Hop Collusion (6.5% ABV) … oooof … very, very bitter. I finished the sample pour and requested something a little lower on the bitterness scale. I was then offered a sample of the “HoppySide of Pale” (5.4% ABV). This was much better, and I purchased a 4-pk to take home. Goodwater is just a brewery … no food. They do tastings and serve pints on site; they offer cans, growlers and half-growlers to purchase. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
