Our take: Prohibition Pig is in Waterbury, the town before Stowe on Rt. 100. Waterbury is worth a stop and has several neat bars and restaurants within a small walking area. Their spacious restaurant is known for its southern-themed restaurant and smokehouse. You’ll love their food, and their brewery around back sells cans of their beers to go. Absolutely worth a stop during your Stowe beer adventure.
