Foam Brewers is located in a wood and brick structure that looks to date back to the Revolutionary War (back when men were men and beer was beer!). This brewery started up in 2016, and the proprietors are making a name for themselves in the vibrant Burlington beer scene and on social media.
Foam doesn’t serve flights so you will have to go with a minimum 8 oz. pour. Here’s a few that we my colleague and I tried.

Cherry Blossom Girl (6.8% ABV). An “American Wild Ale” made with Montmorency tart cherries. Definitely tart and definitely sour. It’s good, but I probably couldn’t handle more than one pint.

Elevator Music (8.0% ABV). This double IPA is made with Mosaic hops; great aroma and taste with slight orange undertones … an excellent DIPA.

Sequential Circuits (5.4% ABV). This is a “Weird Beer” which means it has an unusual recipe. In fact, one of the ingredients is cardamon, although I’m not an expert on that particular spice. This beer definitely has vanilla undertones, but is otherwise a little bland on the taste buds.
Appearance: 4.5 | Aroma: 4.0 | Feel: 4.0 | Taste: 3.5 | Overall: 3.75
The Glow, Pt.2 (6.8% ABV). An excellent IPA with a yellow-wrangle color that looks stunning in a glass. The taste is as good as the look … hoppy with citrus undertones.

The Cicerone says: Foam Brewers is right down by the waterfront. Stop in after a cycle, sail or stroll for some great beer.
