Our take: Simple Roots Brewing is a small brewery on the northern end of Burlington, tucked away within the Ethan Allen Shopping Center. They have a handful of great beers in their tasting room, where flights are available. The brewery feels like a true startup brewery, and they have great beers available on premise and occasionally you will see their cans around Vermont beer retailers.
